What wheel cleaner is everyone using?

Need to find something that can clean the wheel but won't ruin the paint on the red calipers.

I know I'm a little late to this one but in case anyone come across this, I highly suggest Adams Wheel and Tire cleaner for sure!
I can't believe how much dust these wheels capture, but Adam's seems to do the job very well.

The dust is really insane, the suggestion is really helpful as I've been looking for a safe solution as well.
